Refunds are not typically provided for:

  • Issues caused by your device, internet connection, or misuse

3. Subscription Refunds

Subscriptions may include monthly, quarterly, or annual plans.

  • If purchased through our website, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal.
  • If purchased through mobile app stores, refunds must follow App Store or Google Play policies. We cannot override their decisions.

Auto renewal can be canceled at any time, but cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.
